U razdoblju od 9. do 11. prosinca 2025. godine, u Poljskoj je održan prvi transnacionalni partnerski sastanak u sklopu projekta SKILLBRIDGE – Shaping of the Future of Deep Tech Work and Skills through Alliances for Education and Enterprises, financiranog iz programa Erasmus+.
ERASMUS+ Project SKILLBRIDGE Kicks Off
From 9 to 11 December 2025, the first transnational partner meeting (TPM) of the SKILLBRIDGE – Shaping of the Future of Deep Tech Work and Skills through Alliances for Education and Enterprises project was held in Poland. The project is funded by the Erasmus+ programme.
Representatives of AEI Studium participated in the meeting, serving as a partner and representative of vocational education and training (VET) in Croatia. The project brings together 14 institutions from 5 European countries and is led by the Technology Partners Foundation (Poland).
During the meeting, the project’s objectives, planned activities, and work packages were presented, and the roles of each partner for the upcoming three-year period were defined. Special emphasis was placed on strengthening the connection between the education system and the labor market, as well as highlighting the role of vocational education in developing future skills.
As highlighted at the project launch, the partnerships are strategically designed to build a strong bridge between higher education, vocational education, and innovation centers:
“We had a very carefully thought-out strategy for building this alliance. In each of the five partner countries, we created a triad: a university, a vocational education institution, and a technology park or innovation center. This partnership structure will allow us to build lasting bridges of cooperation between education and industry.” – Prof. Rafael Popper, SKILLBRIDGE Project Coordinator
This approach clearly aligns with the role of AEI Studium as the Croatian partner representing the VET sector, further strengthening the collaboration between education and industry and contributing to the modernization of career pathways for students and vocational trainees.
Participation in the first transnational partner meeting marked the beginning of intensive international cooperation aimed at modernizing education and skills development in line with European digitalization and sustainability priorities.
The SKILLBRIDGE project will run for 36 months (2025–2028) and is funded by the European Union under the Erasmus+ programme 2021–2027.
